We’ve seen how confusing and sales-driven these industries can become, often putting revenue ahead of people - and we strongly stand against that approach. Co-Founder
As co-founder of D&N Financial, Ty brings a strong foundation shaped by years of experience in insurance sales and direct canvassing. This background developed a disciplined, people-focused approach built on communication, persistence, and trust. He now applies those skills to help guide clients toward clear, confident financial decisions.
Co-Founder
Jacob Dacko
As co-founder of D&N Financial, he brings a diverse background rooted in canvassing, insurance sales, and owning an exterior home maintenance company. He also worked in corporate software sales in the city, becoming the youngest member of a startup sales team. Those experiences shaped a strong work ethic, operational insight, and a hands-on approach to building trust with clients. Today, he applies those principles to deliver practical, results-driven financial & business guidance.
